In 2008, Fresco Catering chefs Sarah Dandona &
Heather Story, took over daily operations from Jill
Brouillard and established Omni Fresco Catering.
Known for being a premier off site catering company,
they have recently moved to a new location which
includes an upscale kitchen and private dining room,
seating up to sixty guests. The Victoria Room,
situated in Victoria Court, downtown Santa Barbara,
