Established in 2007 by Indras & Tilly Govender,
Fresco Cafe North was the first licensed cafe in
the Fresco family. Indras, well known in the area
as an owner/operator of local restaurants, decided
to change direction in 2007 and open a Fresco Cafe.
As long time Fresco Five Points customers, Indras &
Tilly were perfect candidates to open a Fresco of
their own. In the years since they first welcomed
customers to their Goleta location, their cafe has not
only strived to maintain the quality that Fresco is
known for, but have established their own exceptional
style of food and service. Their Chef Jamie Guerrero,
has created unique specials for the chalk board that
appeal to our shared customer base as well as new
converts to Fresco Cafe.
