	Here at Fresco Cafe we prepare all our own Salad Dressings. We currently have labels for our line of Vinaigrette. This line of Dressings are emulsified with little separation for even coating of all foods. They may be used as salad dressings, meat, fish & vegetable marinades before cooking or as a marinade for cold vegetable salads.

			Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing in the French Tradition, light with a hint of sweetness.

			Citrus Vinaigrette A twist of citrus adds a dimension to this dressing that makes it ideal for seafood & salads with pungent cheeses.

	Caesar Dressing Our creamy dressing made from soft boiled eggs, fresh lemon & garlic as well as anchovies with oil & fresh ground black pepper. Chinese Dressing Made with sesame oil, mustard, wasabi, ginger & plum sauce a little sweet but tangy. It is great for all Asian salads as well as great marinade for Poultry. Ranch Dressing This creamy dressing is made with buttermilk, sour cream, mayonnaise, fresh ground pepper, green onions & chipotle seasoning. Great for a Cobb salad or as a dipping sauce for veggies.
